Your issuing bank may decline credit or debit card deposits to Uphold and the GlobaliD Wallet.
Here are a few things you can do:
1) Use another payment card to add funds.
2) Contact your credit or debit card issuer to unblock this transaction. Once they've unblocked the transaction, try adding funds with your card once more
Bank account transactions can take up to 3-5 business days to process and post in your Wallet. Your bank may block ACH deposits to the GlobaliD wallet. Please contact your bank to unblock this transaction, or try a different funding method.
Debit and Credit card funding sources have the quickest availability for use.
