If you have forgotten your password you set up previously via the GlobaliD desktop app, please open this link here on a desktop browser, and it will take you to a login screen. Once you are there, fill out your GlobaliD name, click "Continue", then click on "Forgot your Password" and follow the next prompts to reset your password.
