There are a few reasons that your PIN transaction may fail when using your digital wallet.
• Not all merchants support Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay. Please check with the merchant to see if they support the wallet provider you are using.
• Not all merchants support Mastercard for digital wallets. Check with the merchant to see what networks they support.
• While Apple Pay does not require a PIN (as every payment is authenticated by Face ID, Touch ID, or a secure passcode), some terminals may still request a PIN to complete a debit transaction. If prompted, try to bypass the PIN entry by hitting enter without entering in a PIN, skip PIN entry (if possible), or try entering "0000".
