This is a bug that occurs if you originally created your Uphold account through GlobaliD by tapping the "Connect with GlobaliD" button on the Uphold signup page. We are working on a permanent fix for this. In the meantime, please go to tap "Forgot password?" to reset your password. Once you have done this, please try connecting your Uphold account in the GlobaliD Wallet again using your email and new password.
