If you enter enter your personal information, such as birthdate, incorrectly while setting up your GlobaliD Wallet, you may be unable to complete setup. In this case, please go through the Wallet setup process using a different verification. There are two ways:

1. Through the Wallet Setup: • Go through the Wallet Setup process again until you reach the screen where it prompts you to approve sharing information with Uphold. • Tap "See Private Information" and then tap on "Residency declaration" • You will be prompted to 'Try Again". This will allow you to re-submit your verification with the correct information.

2. Through your Profile: • On your mobile app home screen, tap on your GlobaliD name at the top of the screen to access your Profile • Tap the "Add credential" button at the bottom of your Profile screen • Tap the "Personal" menu item and scroll down to tap on the "Residency declaration" verification • Follow the prompts to submit the correct information • Return to your Wallet to complete setup. The process should automatically use the corrected information.
