You may not be able to send or withdraw funds for one of the following reasons:

(1) You moved in funds from a US Bank account via ACH. Uphold restricts certain uses of ACH funds for 65 days, including sending funds to another person or withdrawing funds to a crypto wallet or to a bank account different than the one from which the funds originated. You may convert funds and withdraw them to the originating bank account. To be able to send funds to another person or to withdraw your funds to a different account sooner, please add funds through a credit or debit card. (2) Your account may be restricted or blocked by Uphold. In this case, you will receive an email from Uphold informing you of the status of your account. Please email Uphold's support team directly at support@uphold.com to resolve this issue.
