Accidents happen, but don't worry; we are here to help! Please chat with us, and we will try to help you get back into your account. In the meantime you can start the process by following these steps:

1. Uninstall the GlobaliD app and reinstall it
2. Open the GlobaliD app and select “I have a GlobaliD already”
3. On the “Enter your GlobaliD name” screen, fill out your GlobaliD username and select “Next”
4. On the “Restore” screen, select “I need help restoring my account”
5. You will receive a text with a restore code; please reply to us with that code


Please save your GlobaliD key or setup your trustees so you can easily get back into your account next time.
