You can request for GlobaliD to restore your account. Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Open your GlobaliD mobile app

  2. Tap "I have a GlobaliD already"

  3. Enter your GlobaliD name, then tap next

    1. If you do not remember your GlobaliD name, please see this article

  4. Select "I need help restoring my account"

  5. You should now receive a code from GlobaliD via SMS text message to the phone number you used to register for GlobaliD

  6. Please send the code you received and your your GlobaliD name to support@global.id in the following format:

    code: ABC123

    name: your_globalid

We'll reply to you as soon as possible to help you access your account.
